30 Day Returns

My Supplement Store will refund any unopened or unused product for a period of 30 days after the product is shipped. The product being exchanged or returned must be in it's original condition and packaging. Unless the product was defective, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost and the cost to return the package back to us.

Please note that clearance items and mystery/subscription boxes cannot be returned.

 

Issues With Your Order

 

If you experience any issues with your order such as missing items, receiving the wrong product, receiving an open container, or if your order is marked as delivered but was not received please contact us within 2 business days of the posted delivery date. This timeframe allows us to review our shipping footage and/or verify delivery using the carrier's GPS coordinates. Unfortunately if more than 48 hours pass, we will no longer be able to address these concerns. Thank you for understanding!

 

Defective/Damaged Products

If you find that there is a problem with your product, please contact the My Supplement Store support team immediately upon receiving your order. We will then email you a return label to place directly on your box and you can return it to us at no charge to you. Once the product has tracking showing it is in transit, we will send out a replacement, issue you a store credit, or refund you the full price of the product.

How to Return a Product

If you would like to return your order, or a product within your order, please call us at 1.877.505.1777, email us at info@mysupplementstore.com or chat with us live. Once we confirm the return, you can return it to the address below. Please make sure to include a copy of your order receipt in the box, otherwise we may not know it is coming from you.

International Returns

Due to customs and shipping fees, International returns are not normally cost effective. If you would still like to return a product/purchase and you are located outside of the United States, please contact the customer support team at 1.877.505.1777, email us at info@mysupplementstore.com or chat with us live.
