How to Take Insane Labz Nightmare

Take as a dietary supplement. For adult use only. Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) in 8-10oz. of water once daily, 30 minutes before bed. Never consume more than 1 serving in a 24 hour period. Read warnings before use and only use as directed.
