Directions

Add 1 scoop of Hemavol to 6-12oz. (175-350ml) of water and consume about 30 minutes prior to training. For an extreme pump, combine 2 servings of Hemavol to 12-24 oz. (350-700ml) of water. 

On Your Days Off: Take one serving of Hemavol up to twice per day to aid in recovery.
