Unlike other sleep supplements that are usually pills, this is a sleep aid drink. Take one scoop of Somatomax with water or beverage 30 minutes prior to bedtime. You can take with or without food. You should only take it on days that you need help sleeping. It is not recommended to take every night. Your sleep time should be about 8 hours, so make sure to take it 8.5 hours before you want to wake up.
