What is Maca?

Maca is a plant which has grown in popularity in recent years. This plant is native to Peru and is commonly available as a supplement in either powdered or capsule form as a dietary supplement. Maca Root has traditionaly been used for fertility, stamina, and sex drive. It's also commonly used for energy and to improve mood.

Directions
