Everything you need for a complete 12 week mass building cycle. In order to get the best results you should take 2 Superdrol tablets. One in the morning and one in the evening. For Osta-Plex, take one tablet in the morning and one tablet in the evening. After your 8 weeks is complete, take Arimiplex for 4 weeks. Do not start another cycle without a 4-8 week break.
