How Do You Take Lipodrene Hardcore?

Hi Tech recommends taking 3 tablets each day spread out evenly. Can be taken with or without food. One bottle will last you 30 days. To access tolerance, start with one tablet in the morning and one in the afternoon. Do not exceed more than 4 tablets in a 24 hour period.
